At Serenity Farm, our aim is to share our beautiful farm with teachers and students in the Triangle yoga and wellness community.  We host our own classes and events and also facilitate classes and events hosted by independent teachers and studio owners around the Triangle.

Yoga Classes

sOul-Full Flow with Sharon.

This is a 75-minute vinyasa style class suitable for beginner and intermediate yoga students.  The movements are intentional, with an emphasis on staying connected to the movement and the breath.  The class closes with a long savasana.

Tuesday at 6pm

Move & Restore with Sharon.

This is a 75-minute  class suitable for beginner practitioners, who are new to yoga, or experienced practitioners who want foundation-focused practice. This is a Yang to Yin/Restorative class.  Sixty percent  slow and intentional movement and forty percent restorative, ending with a long, guided savasana.

Yin Yoga For The Senses  with Allison

This 75-Minute class you experience the essence of yoga. through movement, smell, and taste.  Yin yoga is a gentle and meditative practice great for both new and advanced practitioners. This class incorporates essential oils to help release tension, stress, and deepen your meditation. A weekly mantra for meditation is shared.  Class ends with a tea ceremony as we center ourselves and commune with each other. You will leave feeling renewed, rejuvenated, and ready for the week ahead.

Power Yoga with Kai

This 60-minute Vinyasa Yoga class is designed to challenge you. Mona offers several options for the postures, which makes this class enjoyable to beginners and advanced students alike.  Your flow builds to a long restful savasana.

Mondays at 6:15pm (new time)

Weekend Reset 

75 Minute class perfect for resetting your body and your mind.   You will explore with mindful movement, longer posture holds, and the breath to keep you present.  Modifications are offered making it suitable for all levels.  Each class begins with a centering meditation and ends with a long, restful savasana.

Thursday Evening Yoga (new class)

Join Kai for a slow vinyasa flow class which ends with a 10-minute meditation.   Linking breath to movement, while moving with mindful intention.

Friday Night Yoga  (new class)

End the week on a high note. Let it all go with a funky, groovy class Kai from NC Moon Meditation for a fun Vinyasa class with a party vibe. This class builds strength, flexibility, focus and also allows you to have fun on your yoga mat.
