At Serenity Farm, our aim is to share our beautiful farm with teachers and students in the Triangle yoga and wellness community.  We host our own classes and events and also facilitate classes and events hosted by teachers and studio owners around the Triangle.

Yoga Classes

sOul-Full Flow with Sharon MacGregor.

This is a 70-minute vinyasa style class suitable for the beginner and intermediate yoga student.  The movements are intentional, with an emphasis on staying connected to the movement and the breath.  The class closes with a long savasana.

Ease & Flow with Sharon MacGregor

This is a 70-minute  class suitable for beginner practitioners, who are new to yoga, or practitioners who want a foundation-focused practice. The flow is slow and intentional movements with a focus on body and breath.  We end with a long, guided savasana.

Yin Yoga With Allison is now on Thursday

Yin Yoga with Allison.

This 70-minute Yin Yoga class is designed to target your deep connective tissues (fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones). It’s slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. You hold the poses to help stretch and lengthen those rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort.

Power Yoga with Mona.

This 70-minute Vinyasa Yoga class is designed to challenge you. Mona offers several options for the postures which makes this class enjoyable to beginners and advanced students alike.  Your flow builds to a long restful savasana.

Mondays at 5:45pm

Weekend Reset with Celeste.

75 Minute class perfect for resetting your body and your mind.   You will explore with mindful movement, longer posture holds, and the breath to keep you present.  Modifications are offered making it suitable for all levels.  Each class begins with a centering meditation and ends with a long, restful savasana.

Schedule: 

Saturdays at 11:30am
