A 75-minute energizing, intermediate vinyasa flow class. If you can do sun salutation A, this class is for you. Everyone progresses in this class because Sharon gives individual attention throughout, paying special attention to the students' progress over time.
Sharon provides thoughtful cueing and custom adjustment guidance, along with lots of hands-on assists and a feel-good meditation and savasana at the end. She uses essential oils to help create an elevated experience, so expect shoulder presses and third eye massages in savasana.
This is a 75-minute class suitable for beginner practitioners, who are new to yoga, or experienced practitioners who want foundation-focused practice. This is a Yang to Yin/Restorative class. Sixty percent slow and intentional movement and forty percent restorative. Expect hands-on assists and a feel-good meditation and savasana at the end.
75-Minute class. Experience the essence of yoga through movement, smell, and taste. Yin yoga is a gentle and meditative practice great for both new and advanced practitioners. This class incorporates essential oils to help release tension, stress, and deepen your meditation. A weekly mantra for meditation is shared. Class ends with a tea ceremony as we center ourselves and commune with each other. You will leave feeling renewed, rejuvenated, and ready for the week ahead.
